CAF Confederation Cup: ‘We will do everything we can to get a good result,’ says FC San Pedro coach
Hassen Bellil believes his team can turn the situation around in Safi.
After losing at home in Ivory Coast, FC San Pedro hopes to take revenge on OC Safi in Morocco this Sunday, 1 February 2026. Ahead of this match in the third round of the group stage of the 2025-26 CAF Confederation Cup, the Ivorian club's coach spoke to the press.
His speech was full of hope and motivation. "After our poor performance in Abidjan against Safi, we have prepared well to face them here and seek a very valuable victory to stay in the race. We can't afford any more mistakes, so we have to be very decisive. As you know, we have a young team, but we have confidence in our young players and they are also very determined, so we will do everything we can to get a good result here," said Hassen Bellil.
The match is scheduled to kick off at 7 pm GMT at El Massira Stadium.
