CAF Announces Match Schedule for AFCON 2025 in Morocco

The Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2025 fixture schedule has been approved by the Confederation of African Football (CAF). Morocco'll host the competition between 21 December 2025 and 18 January 2026.
The hosts' 1st game between Morocco and Comoros will take place in Rabat's Complexe Sportif Prince Moulay Abdellah, which has 69500 seats. 52 game will be played during the competition in 6 different cities: Rabat, Casablanca, Agadir, Marrakech, Fes, and Tangier. There'll be 4 venues in Rabat, the primary host city, and 1 stadium in each of the remaining towns.
The quarter finals will be played in Rabat, Tangier, Marrakech, and Agadir. Rabat and Tangier will host the semi-finals, while Casablanca’s Stade Mohammed V will stage the third place playoff. The final will take place at the Complexe Sportif Prince Moulay Abdellah in Rabat.
Morocco, hosting AFCON for the first time since 1988, is also preparing to co-host the 2030 FIFA World Cup.
