Bring on the Ballon d'Or! Yamal scores for Spain in third straight game. VIDEO
Lamine Yamal continues to conquer the football world with his incredible scoring form. The 19-year-old Spain winger struck in the opening minutes of the third-round Nations League clash with Czechia, breaking the deadlock in the sixth minute. The Spaniard found space on the edge of the penalty area and fired a stunning effort into the net.
Yamal is enjoying a phenomenal run. His goal against Czechia was his 19th goal contribution in his last nine matches — during that stretch, the footballer has scored 12 goals and provided seven assists. What is more, Lamine has found the back of the net in each of the three matches of the current international break.
Remarkably, Yamal has scored all three of his goals for Spain during this international break in the opening minutes of the games. It took him 104 seconds against England, 70 seconds against Croatia and six minutes to score against Czechia.
Yamal is also hitting top gear in the Nations League. Before the match against Czechia, he scored against England, then bagged a brace and provided an assist in the clash with Croatia. Now, another goal has been added to his tally, allowing him to join Harry Kane at the top of the scoring charts.
