Brighton want to rob Mourinho and aim to pick up Fenerbahce star
The Turkish national team became one of the sensations of the past European Championship, and individual stars of this team are attracting the attention of clubs from the top leagues.
Thus, Fenerbahce defender Ferdi Kadioglu, who was part of that team, is interested in Brighton. According to Florian Plettenberg, the Seagulls have stepped up to do the deal.
Among other things, the desire to get the 24-year-old left-back comes from the team's head coach Fabian Hürzeler, who sees Kadioglu as part of his squad. The Turk himself is also not against a move to England.
Negotiations are still ongoing, but it is known that Fenerbahce value their star at 35 million euros. Kadioglu's contract with the team, which is headed by Jose Mourinho, runs until the summer of 2026.
Recall that earlier, Brighton sold their forward Deniz Undav to German Stuttgart.
