The Premier League club Brighton announced a profit in their financial report for the past year.

On their official website, the Seagulls revealed a profit of £122.8 million compared to £21.1 million the previous year. Moreover, this figure does not include the transfer fees received for midfielder Kaicedo and goalkeeper Robert Sanchez.

Additionally, Brighton's CEO, Paul Barber, signed a new deal with the club extending until June 2030.

It's worth noting that Chelsea also published their annual financial report for the year ending on June 30, 2023. On the London club's official website, it was announced that for the first time in the group's history, turnover surpassed the £500 million mark. This season marked the first full campaign under the leadership of Todd Boehly and affiliated companies.

It's worth mentioning that Aston Villa has also announced its financial situation for the previous season, which ended on May 31, 2023.
