RMC also reports that, as Saliba left the field, he repeated twice: "My back is done." These words highlight the intense pain the Frenchman was experiencing.
If the initial prognosis is confirmed, the 25-year-old defender will miss the start of the new season and a significant part of Arsenal's first half of the campaign.
