Boston Celtics star Tatum suffers serious injury in closing moments of game against New York

The Boston Celtics are faltering in their Eastern Conference semifinal series against New York, and now they'll have to face the decisive games without their main star.
Details: With 2:58 left in Game 4 against New York, Jayson Tatum suffered a severe injury.
After losing possession, he dove for the ball, but his right leg twisted awkwardly, sending him crashing to the hardwood in visible agony. Tatum couldn't get up on his own and had to be helped off the court by medical staff. He even left the arena in a wheelchair.
Boston has not yet officially commented on the severity of the 27-year-old's injury, but the initial prognosis is grim: he may have suffered a torn Achilles or a broken ankle.
If these fears are confirmed, Tatum could miss the start of next season as well.
After four games, the Boston Celtics trail New York 1-3. One more loss, and the NBA will have a new champion this season.
