Borussia Dortmund has announced the return of the star Englishman

English winger Jadon Sancho has officially returned to Borussia Dortmund from Manchester United.

The German club has announced the loan signing of the 23-year-old forward. According to media reports, the Germans paid 4 million euros for the transfer and will also cover a significant portion of his salary.

Manchester United aims to sell Sancho lucratively in the summer, so the agreement with the vice-champions of Germany does not include a buyout option.

Borussia Dortmund are also expected to sign Chelsea left-back Ian Maatsen on loan in the near future.

Jadon Sancho hasn't played since August 26, when he came on as a substitute in the game against Nottingham Forest (3:2). He had a falling out with the head coach, Erik ten Hag, and was suspended from training with the first team.

Sancho represented Borussia Dortmund for four years, starting from the summer of 2017. He has accumulated 50 goals and 64 assists in 137 appearances for the yellow and black.
