The London club are reportedly on the verge of accepting the proposal, which would bring the Senegal international significantly closer to leaving Stamford Bridge.
Aston Villa still have one important step to complete before the transfer can be finalized. The Birmingham club now need to reach an agreement with Jackson over the terms of his personal contract.
The latest development follows reports that Chelsea were prepared to sanction Jackson's departure only on a permanent basis rather than through another loan. Aston Villa had been maintaining regular contact over the striker, and their new offer has now pushed negotiations into a decisive stage.
Jackson remains a Chelsea player and was included in the club's squad-number list for the 2026/27 season, retaining the No. 15 shirt. The forward returned to the London side after spending the previous campaign on loan at Bayern Munich.
It is worth noting that Transfermarkt currently values Nicolas Jackson at €40 million. His contract with Chelsea runs until the summer of 2033.
