Milan is assembling an experienced squad.

Details: According to renowned journalist and insider Sacha Tavolieri, Italian side Milan has set its sights on acquiring 37-year-old Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski.

Reports indicate that Milan is banking on the fact that Robert’s contract with Barça expires next summer, meaning the Rossoneri could land their coveted target on a free transfer.

According to the source, Milan’s sporting director Igli Tare is set to meet with the Polish star’s agent, Pini Zahavi, in the coming days to discuss key details of a potential move: salary, contract length, and the striker’s role within the squad.

Zlatan Ibrahimović, who is also part of Milan’s management structure, has given his backing to Lewandowski’s candidacy, calling him a fantastic addition.

This season, the Polish striker has featured in 9 matches for Barcelona, netting 7 goals. His current contract with the Blaugrana runs until June 2026, and according to Transfermarkt, his market value is estimated at 10 million euros.
