Details: According to DailyArsenal, the Gunners' management has made an official bid to Brazilian side Corinthians for the transfer of 25-year-old right-back Matheuzinho.

It's reported that Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta is personally pushing for the signing of Matheuzinho. Corinthians, however, remain critical of letting the player leave and are reluctant to part ways with one of their key leaders. This season, Matheuzinho has played 13 matches, scoring 1 goal. His current contract with the Brazilian giants runs until 2028, and his market value is estimated at 6 million euros by Transfermarkt.
