Barcelona are hosting Newcastle in the UEFA Champions League second leg, and an early setback struck at the start of the game.

Details: In the 21st minute, Barcelona were forced into a substitution, withdrawing centre-back Eric García. He appeared to pick up an injury and was unable to continue. Ronald Araújo came on in his place.

Eric García had missed the previous two matches, returned to the lineup today, but was unable to stay on the pitch for long.

The first leg between the two sides, played in England last week, ended in a 1–1 draw. The winner of this tie will face either Atlético Madrid or Tottenham.

Reminder: Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick also addressed one of the biggest questions on everyone’s mind — whether Lamine Yamal will play tomorrow.
