Details: According to The Touchline, citing journalist Simon Jones, the Catalan club's management is dreaming of signing Arsenal's 24-year-old Ecuadorian defender Piero Hincapié.

Despite their interest, Barcelona understands that landing Hincapié at this moment is almost impossible. However, if the player expresses a desire to move, the Catalans may initiate negotiations.

This season, Hincapié is playing for Arsenal in London on loan, but the Gunners have already triggered his buyout clause and secured his transfer from Bayer for €52 million.
