Big return ahead. Chandler confirmed the fight against McGregor in the summer

UFC fighter Michael Chandler has confirmed that he will fight Conor McGregor this summer.

Chandler confirmed that the fight will take place in the summer but did not specify the exact date of the bout.

"I got the official word. It's happening this summer. I can't give you an exact date, but in the summer. We're giving you a window in which we'll be fighting," Chandler told TMZ Sports.

Earlier, Chandler stated that he might not be ready for a bout against the legendary Irishman in the summer.

McGregor's last fight took place in July 2021, where he lost to Dustin Poirier for the second time in a row. Prior to that, Conor lost to Poirier in January 2021.

Chandler also suffered a defeat to Dustin in his last fight in November 2022.
