Betway Premiership champions Orlando Pirates interested in former Marumo Gallants coach

Alexandre Lafitte may replace Abdeslam Ouaddou at Orlando Pirates.

Reports suggest that Pirates are in the market for a new coach and the former Marumo Gallants gaffer, Lafitte, is among the names being discussed as possible replacement for Ouaddou.

The Betway Premiership winning Ouaddou is said to be unhappy at Pirates and he has been vocal about the fact that it's not easy being in charge of the Soweto club.

Ouaddou also guided Pirates to the MTN8 and Carling Cup tournaments which meant he won the treble.

Interestingly, Lafitte, replaced Ouaddou at Gallants earlier this season and now he is also poised to takeover from him at Pirates should Ouaddou resign.

History does indicate that not all the PSL winning coaches at Pirates continue with team in the following season.

Now Ouaddou has also hinted he may leave.

Then Lafitte may take over like he did at Marumo.
