Betway Premiership side Durban City coach Pitso Dladla leaves which fuels speculation he is on his way to Golden Arrows
Dladla leaves Durban City on a high after winning the Nedbank Cup with the side
Pitso Dladla is no longer at the helm at Durban City.
Dladla has been a subject of speculation since Manqoba Mngqithi left cross-town rivals Golden Arrows.
City have done the unthinkable and unexpected by letting go of Dladla who guided them to their maiden trophy in decades by guiding the team last season's Nedbank Cup triumph.
“Durban City FC can confirm that coach Pitso Dladla has left the Club,” the club confirmed.
“Dladla departs after a defining spell at Durban City FC, having contributed to the Club’s promotion to the Betway Premiership in a technical capacity, and later guiding the team to Nedbank Cup glory as interim coach.
“Durban City FC thanks Pitso Dladla for his contribution to the Club and wishes him every success in the future.”
