Betway Premiership newcomers Kruger United sets sights on Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Fiacre Ntwari
Betway Premiership newcomers Kruger United have set their sights on signing Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Fiacre Ntwari on loan for the upcoming season.
The Rwandan goalminder has been a bit part player for Kaizer Chiefs with game time being limited to the bench or the stands.
Towards the end of the season, Ntwari was found at the club's medical room than on the football field as he had a shoulder injury.
Now the PSL newcomers have set their sights on signing the former TS Galaxy goal-minder as they plan to impress in their debut PSL season.
Ntwari is an international and deserve to be a first choice in any team but his Chiefs career stalled because he was not seeing eye to eye with his coaches at the club.
When he was substituted last season in the Carling Cup knockout match in Cape Town, Ntwari refused to leave the field.
That then created some sort of uneasiness between him and the club and now his future is hanging in the balance.
But Kruger United may help him salvage his career with a loan move.
