Bellingham will join England squad despite injury

Yesterday, Real Madrid's emerging star, Jude Bellingham, missed his team's match due to injury for the first time.
After the game, Los Blancos' head coach, Carlo Ancelotti, addressed whether the injured midfielder would join his national team's camp.
"Bellingham will join the England squad for their medical staff to evaluate him. But I believe he will return as he won't be playing with them," Ancelotti remarked.
Bellingham sustained his first injury of the season. Prior to this, he missed only two matches for the Madrid club, watching from the bench, against Las Palmas in La Liga and the recent Champions League match against Braga.
Throughout this season, the midfielder has tallied thirteen goals and three assists in fourteen matches for Real across all competitions. Bellingham stands as La Liga's most prolific player at present, leading in both goals (10) and assists (12).
In November, the England squad will contest two final qualifying matches for the 2024 European Championship. On Friday, November 17, Southgate's men will face Malta in London, followed by a match against North Macedonia in Skopje on Monday, November 20. It's worth noting that the Three Lions have already secured their place in the group stage of Euro 2024.
