Isaac Cisse has completed his move from Golden Arrows to Royal Charleroi Sporting Club in Belgium.
The Ivorian-born midfielder spent only a single season at Arrows before completing his move to Europe.
In South Africa, Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates were said to be interested in Cisse but the player opted for a European move than a local one.
