Defender Givairo Read, currently playing for Dutch side Feyenoord, remains a top priority for Bayern Munich in the upcoming summer transfer window.
Details: According to journalist Florian Plettenberg, concrete talks have already taken place between Bayern representatives and Read’s agents, but no agreement has been reached so far.
Reports indicate that competition for the 19-year-old Dutchman remains fierce, while the Munich club is currently focusing on several expensive contract extensions for existing players. These financial commitments are making it difficult to wrap up the transfer swiftly.
Additionally, much depends on the future of defender Sacha Bey: if he leaves the team, Bayern will have more room to sign Read.
It’s worth noting that this season, the Dutch right-back has made sixteen appearances for Feyenoord across all competitions, scoring one goal and providing three assists.
