Bayern stand by their star! Munich club makes firm decision on Musiala situation
Bayern have shown they are a real family in difficult times.
Details: According to journalist Florian Plettenberg, Bayern Munich will not bring in a replacement for Jamal Musiala. The club's management fully supports the 23-year-old midfielder and is giving him all the time and patience he needs to recover.
Recall that the Germany international collapsed on the pitch twice in four days, first in the friendly against RB Leipzig and then in the match against Heidenheim. Musiala later revealed that he had been diagnosed with brief, temporary absence seizures caused by a neurological dysfunction, stressing that the condition is easily treatable and that he feels optimistic.
Sporting director Max Eberl had already made it clear the club knew about the situation and would stand behind their player. Bayern's loyalty is all the more remarkable given that the new season starts on August 22 with the German Super Cup clash away at Borussia Dortmund, yet Munich are refusing to rush their star back or panic on the transfer market.
It's worth noting that Musiala missed the first six months of last season with a broken ankle suffered at the Club World Cup, but returned in the second half of the campaign and played for Germany at the 2026 World Cup.
Reminder: Terrifying scenes again! Musiala collapses on the pitch for the second time in three days.
