On June 15, Bayern Munich will kick off their campaign at the Club World Cup. The full roster for the “Rekordmeister” at the tournament in the USA has been revealed.
Details: The Club World Cup will be a swan song for Thomas Müller in a Bayern shirt. The Munich legend has already bid an emotional farewell to the local fans, but he still has a chance to say goodbye on the big stage at this prestigious tournament.
The latest reports have also been confirmed: Bayern could temporarily extend Leroy Sané’s contract so that he can feature at the Club World Cup. The winger’s current deal expires on June 30, but he has made the squad list for the tournament. New signing Jonathan Tah is also included, as previously announced.
Reminder: The German champions will begin their Club World Cup journey on June 15 against Auckland City. In addition to the Oceania side, Vincent Kompany’s team will face Benfica and Boca Juniors in the group stage.
