Bayern identifies two Premier League targets in case of Sané's departure

The future of Bayern Munich winger Leroy Sané is currently up in the air, with a real possibility that the German star could leave the Allianz Arena. But the Munich club isn't sitting idly by—they're already preparing a Plan B should Sané depart.
Details: According to Sky Sports, Bayern has lined up two backup candidates in the event Sané moves on. The first name has been circulating for several weeks: Brighton's dynamic winger Kaoru Mitoma. The second option is Liverpool's versatile forward Cody Gakpo.
Nevertheless, Bayern still hopes to extend Sané's contract, despite English clubs—Tottenham among them—expressing interest in his services.
Reminder: Earlier reports stated that the Japanese winger has agreed to a move to Munich, and Bayern's hierarchy has praised Mitoma's playing qualities, believing he could be an ideal fit for Vincent Kompany's style.
