Bayern has no plans to raise Sané's salary. What are they offering?

Negotiations between Bayern and Leroy Sané over a contract extension are still ongoing, but there are terms the Munich club is simply unwilling to accept.
Details: According to Florian Plettenberg, Bayern is not prepared to make concessions regarding the player's salary. Sané's camp is ready to sign a new deal and is even willing to accept a pay cut. They've put forward a proposal of €12 million plus an additional €3 million in bonuses. However, Bayern is standing firm at €10 million plus bonuses.
All told, with bonuses included, Bayern's offer amounts to around €15.5 million, but this figure is seen as below the player's current market value. The Munich side is taking a tough stance and has no intention of improving the offer at this stage.
Earlier reports indicated that negotiations between Bayern and Sané over a new contract had hit a snag. At the last moment, Sané switched agents, creating a significant hurdle to finalizing the deal, despite all details previously being agreed upon.
Reminder: Should he leave Bayern, Sané would like to continue his career at one of the London clubs.
