Bayer Leverkusen has launched an active search campaign for a replacement for the departing Florian Wirtz.
Details: According to The Sun, 29-year-old Jack Grealish could make a move to the Bundesliga if Florian Wirtz joins Liverpool.
Bayer's management sees Grealish as the ideal candidate to fill Wirtz's shoes. Although Grealish is gradually losing his spot in Manchester City's starting lineup, he has no intention of stepping away from top-level football.
The left winger had an inconsistent season, making just 32 appearances across all competitions and scoring a modest three goals.
Grealish’s current market value is estimated at €28 million.
Reminder: The clubs have reached an agreement. Wirtz is set to become a Liverpool player in the near future
