Today, we learned the names of the Wimbledon finalists in London.

Details: The Wimbledon semifinal match between world No. 35, Switzerland’s Belinda Bencic, and world No. 4, Poland’s Iga Swiatek, has just concluded.

In the race for a finals berth, Iga Swiatek claimed a commanding victory, leaving Bencic without a chance — 2:0 (6:2, 6:0).

As a result, the tournament final will feature two debutantes at this stage of Wimbledon — Amanda Anisimova and Iga Swiatek.

This will be their first official meeting. Previously, they crossed paths only once — in 2022 at an unofficial event, where Swiatek triumphed 6:0, 6:3.

The 2025 Wimbledon final will take place this Saturday on Centre Court in London.

Reminder: Aryna Sabalenka is out of Wimbledon! Amanda Anisimova reaches her first tournament final
