Despite the recent lucrative deal with Nike, Barcelona remains hindered in their ability to freely register new players. While club president Joan Laporta assures that everything is on track, the "Blaugrana" still have a long road ahead.

Details: According to RAC1, Barcelona is still struggling to comply with La Liga's 1:1 financial rule, and the club requires additional funds. It's estimated that a €50 million injection would be enough to register Dani Olmo and Pau Victor in the upcoming winter transfer window.

A deal with Barca Vision has turned into a stumbling block for the club. While they initially considered it as a source of revenue, Barcelona was forced to acknowledge it as a loss, burning €145 million of their salary limit.

Reminder: Laporta had previously asserted that the club would be able to meet the 1:1 rule requirements in January, allowing them to register players freely.
