Barcelona are looking to strengthen their defence this summer and have now turned their attention to a Manchester City player, with the club prepared to make a move.
Details: According to Dominik Schneider, the Catalan giants have already sent the terms of a personal contract to defender Joško Gvardiol. Moreover, they are ready to open negotiations with Manchester City and are willing to pay €80 million for the Croatian international.
However, Manchester City have no intention of letting the defender leave and instead want to tie him down to a new long-term contract.
Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain head coach Luis Enrique is reportedly interested in signing Barcelona defender Jules Koundé. The Spanish manager has urged the club’s hierarchy to bring the French defender to Paris.
Reminder: A genuine transfer saga is unfolding around Serbian striker Dušan Vlahović. After unsuccessful contract extension talks in Italy, the 26-year-old is looking to revive his career in Spain's La Liga.
