Barcelona has crafted a strategy for the preservation of Xavi: details

Barcelona is exploring avenues to retain their head coach, Xavi Hernandez, as reported by Mundo Deportivo.
President of Barcelona, Joan Laporta, remains keen on keeping the coach at the club. Thus, he, along with Juste and Deku, are contemplating strategies to ensure Xavi's retention. The discussion extends beyond a mere season or two, with considerations for extending his contract for over three years.
The leadership of the Catalan club believes that if the team reaches the Champions League final and demonstrates strong performances in La Liga, it could prompt Xavi to reconsider his decision. Laporta highly values the fact that the Spanish coach has adapted to the club's situation, wherein he had to forego signing new players and instead began utilizing young academy graduates.
Furthermore, one of the most significant arguments in favor of supporting the coach could be the upcoming summer transfer window, during which Barcelona plans to make several signings, including the acquisition of Manchester City forward Erling Haaland.
Additionally, as previously mentioned, Xavi no longer wishes for the outcome of crucial matches to rely solely on very young academy footballers, hence he will demand at least 2 top-tier transfers from the club.
