According to AS, the Catalan club leans more towards the candidacy of Brighton's coach rather than the former coach of Bayern Munich and Germany.

Based on information from sources, Barcelona President Joan Laporta has narrowed down the choices for the head coach position for the Blaugrana to two candidates. One of them is Hansi Flick, who previously coached Bayern Munich and the German national team. However, the president of the Catalan club is concerned that Flick lacks experience outside his own country. Additionally, his tenure with the German national team did not yield favorable results.

The second candidate on the list is Brighton's coach, Roberto De Zerbi. It is reported that the close circle around Barcelona's president, Joan Laporta, believes that the Italian specialist is the best option for the upcoming season. Despite De Zerbi's lack of experience in La Liga, his tactical boldness and understanding of football, which aligns with Barcelona's traditional values, are highlighted.

It is worth noting that Barcelona will have a new head coach in the summer as the current coach, Xavi, will leave the team at the end of the season. However, the new coach is yet to be determined, as stated by Barcelona's sporting director, Deku, who emphasized that the selection of candidates depends on numerous factors.
