Two top clubs are in the hunt to sign Borussia Dortmund midfielder.

Details: According to renowned journalist and insider Patrick Berger on his social media page, Catalan giants Barcelona and London’s Arsenal are ready to battle for the signature of Borussia Dortmund’s 29-year-old attacking midfielder Julian Brandt.

It is reported that as soon as Brandt’s free departure from Borussia as a free agent became known, both the London and Catalan representatives immediately contacted the player’s camp to present their contract offers.

At this stage, there have been no official negotiations, but Brandt has already made it clear he wants to swap the Bundesliga for another top European league.

This season, Brandt has played 32 matches for the “Black and Yellows,” scoring 10 goals and providing 3 assists. His current contract with the club expires this summer, and talks regarding a new deal have been rejected.

Reminder: Borussia want to extend Schlotterbeck’s contract. However, the player is aware of Real Madrid’s interest
