Ansu Fati simply cannot seem to escape the treatment room.

Details: According to Nice-Matin, the Monaco attacker is expected to be sidelined for around six weeks after suffering a hamstring injury in Sunday's 1-1 Ligue 1 draw with Lille. Fati started the match in the No.10 role but lasted only around 15 minutes before being forced off and replaced.

It is another frustrating setback in an already injury-hit start to the campaign for the 23-year-old Spaniard. Fati missed the opening weeks of Monaco's season with a calf problem and only returned to competitive action in October.

His comeback had begun to gather momentum. After returning against Toulouse, the former Barcelona forward scored in Monaco's Conference League victories over CSKA Sofia and Freiburg before earning consecutive Ligue 1 starts against Lorient and Lille. Now his progress has been halted again, with the club hoping he can return before the winter break.

It is worth noting that Fati has made five appearances for Monaco across all competitions this season, scoring two goals. Both of those goals came in the UEFA Conference League.
