Attention on the Santiago Bernabéu star. Arsenal are monitoring the situation around Real Madrid winger

London club Arsenal are closely monitoring the recovery of Real Madrid’s Brazilian winger Rodrygo.

Details: According to sports outlet Teamtalk, the Gunners’ scouting department and medical staff are carefully studying the 25-year-old Brazilian’s progress as he works his way back from injury. The London club’s hierarchy have long viewed the star forward as a prime target to strengthen their attacking flanks and intend to assess the prospects of a potential deal once the player returns to full match fitness.

The reigning Premier League champions’ interest is being fueled by the fierce competition and congestion in Los Blancos’ attacking ranks. Should the South American struggle to secure regular playing time at the Santiago Bernabéu after making a full return, the London club are ready to make a determined attempt to lure the Brazilian to England.

It is worth noting that the Santos academy graduate has represented Real Madrid since the summer of 2019, winning numerous prestigious trophies with the Spanish giants, including the UEFA Champions League, La Liga and the FIFA Club World Cup. Rodrygo also remains a regular for the Brazil national team, where he consistently demonstrates his high class in key fixtures on the international calendar.
