Details: According to CaughtOffside, Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta has told the club's board that he needs 23-year-old Athletic Bilbao winger Nico Williams.

Arteta sees Williams as the perfect candidate to strengthen the team due to his playing style and physical attributes.

Williams himself recently stated that he wouldn't mind leaving Bilbao, as he doesn't feel happy there. Athletic understand there's no point in keeping Williams against his will, so they're ready to let him go for €90 million.
