Arsenal wants to sign a goalkeeper who has played nine games in a year and a half

Although David Raya will remain Arsenal's top goalkeeper, the Gunners are looking to replace him as the Spaniard's current understudy Aaron Ramsdale is set to leave the club.
According to The Athletic, Wolverhampton's Dan Bentley could be Mikel Arteta's second choice for the goalkeeping position. The 30-year-old goalkeeper has only played nine games for Wolves since joining in January 2023, but he is valued at the Moulinex and won't be sold for nothing.
Bentley is regarded as a reliable replacement for Jose Sa, and are willing to let him go if they get a sum of money for him that will allow the club to find a new backup goalkeeper.
Earlier, however, it was reported that after Ramsdale finally lost the competition to Raya for a place in Arsenal's main squad, the Gunners will allow him to leave the club, which is what he wants.
