The young defender from La Liga is on the verge of testing his skills in the Premier League.
Details: According to Fabrizio Romano on his X page, 20-year-old Valencia defender Cristhian Mosquera is set to become one of the new arrivals in the English Premier League.
It is reported that negotiations are nearly complete, and once the final details of the agreement are ironed out, the young centre-back will undergo his medical.
Cristhian is a Valencia academy product and has spent his entire career with the club, climbing through various youth teams. Last season, Mosquera established himself as a key player for "Los Che," making 41 appearances for the first team and scoring one goal.
If the transfer is finalized in the coming days, Cristhian Mosquera will become Arsenal's first official signing of this transfer window.
The player's current contract with the Spanish side runs until 2026, and according to Transfermarkt, his market value is estimated at €30 million.
