Arsenal have reached an agreement with West Ham over the transfer fee for midfielder Declan Rice.
According to The Guardian, the London club will pay €115 million including bonuses for the Hammers' leader.
"Arsenal believe their offer will be the most generous since other top clubs such as Bayern and Manchester United are also after the player.
Rice played 50 games for West Ham last season, scoring five goals and three assists.
