Arsenal have come up with a plan to get the Bologna defender and get rid of their player
London Arsenal are still making attempts to sign Bologna defender Riccardo Calafiori and make the deal somewhat cheaper, which does not arouse enthusiasm in the camp of the "rossoblu".
Recall that half of the potential profit Bologna must give Basel, and the Italians expect to receive at least 30 million euros, which means that any suitor for Calafiori must pay a total of 60 million euros. And then Arsenal have a plan in place, as revealed by Il Resto del Carlino.
The Canaries were proposing a swap: Calafiori in exchange for Arsenal defender Jakub Kiwior with an additional payment. However, this plan did not satisfy Bologna, who want to get in exchange for the centre-back only live money.
Calafiori himself has already informed the Rossoblu that he is ready to try Arsenal's experience. Maybe it is favoured by the improved financial conditions: five million euros a year. That's twice as much as the defender currently receives at Bologna.
