Arsenal has made a decision on Tomiyasu's future
Arsenal are without defender Takehiro Tomiyasu for the start of the season, but that hasn't stopped the Gunners from making a decision on the Japanese's future.
Details: As Ekrem Konur reports, the reigning English vice-champion value Tomiyasu, and head coach Mikel Arteta is happy with his performances, so they are not going to say goodbye to him in the winter transfer window, as was supposed earlier. But Arsenal may change their mind if the club receives an astronomical offer for the Japanese.
Recall: In late July, Tomiyasu suffered his second injury of the year and missed all the opening matches of the season for Arteta's team. During his time at Arsenal since August 2021, the Japanese has been in the infirmary for 310 days -- that is, approximately one-third of the total time he has spent with the team.
