Anthony Joshua is in talks to open a care home for retired boxers with health concerns
Anthony Joshua said he is expanding his plan to invest in a retirement home for retired boxers with health problems.
"They suffer on their own, so we've been talking about opening a nursing home. It would be part of my boxing legacy - I would be giving something back to the sport that created me.
My only hope is to keep my health intact. Because the most important thing you put on the line is your health," Joshua told Desert Island Discs.
Earlier, Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn said that negotiations on the next fight of the former world heavyweight champion are at the finish line. The name of the opponent AJ representatives of the Briton hope to announce at a press conference on June 26.
Earlier in the IBF reported that they did not receive a request to authorize a fight between Joshua and Dubois.
Over the past 11 months, Joshua has been in excellent form, securing four decisive victories over Jermaine Franklin, Robert Helenius, Otto Wallin, and Francis Ngannou.
