Eddie Hearn has revealed when Anthony Joshua's next opponent will be announced

Promoter Eddie Hearn has revealed that negotiations for Anthony Joshua's next fight are in the final stages.

"We are in the final stages of negotiations. While we haven't reached a final agreement yet, there will be a press conference on June 26. Everyone is working hard so that we can announce the fight there.

Dubois? I think he would be a formidable opponent in a heavyweight title fight. But nothing has been finalized yet." said Hearn to Boxing News.

Earlier, the IBF stated that they had not received a request to sanction a fight between Joshua and Dubois.

Over the past 11 months, Joshua has been in excellent form, securing four decisive victories over Jermaine Franklin, Robert Helenius, Otto Wallin, and Francis Ngannou.
