Luka Modrić is one of the most legendary footballers in the modern history of Real Madrid, and today plans for his future have been revealed.
Details: According to Diario AS, Modrić and Real Madrid have agreed to extend his contract until the summer of 2026.
This means the Croatian central midfielder will play for Real until the age of 40.
Modrić's plan is to finish his club career at Real Madrid and play his final matches at the 2026 World Cup.
Modrić has been playing for Real Madrid since the summer of 2012. He has made 590 appearances, scoring 43 goals and providing 95 assists.
Reminder: Today it was also reported that Croatian national team legend Ivan Rakitić plans to retire this week.
