Another likely successor to Klopp could turn down Liverpool. A Spanish side are interested in him

Almost all the efforts of Liverpool bosses are now thrown at finding a worthy replacement for Jürgen Klopp, who will leave the team at the end of the season. There is one less contender for this position, because earlier Xabi Alonso refused to move to Anfield, and in the future this list may be reduced even more.

Much has been said recently about the interest of the Scousers in Sporting's head coach Ruben Amorim, but, according to The Independent, there is a third party in this story in the face of Catalan Barcelona.

The 'Blaugrana' were the main contenders to employ the Portuguese, but after Liverpool and other clubs turned down Alonso, it was the 'scousers' who stepped up their efforts for Amorim.
