Another change in management? Bayern interested in Eintracht's sporting director
In the spring of 2024, Bayern appointed Max Eberl as the sporting director, but now there might be another reshuffle at the club.
Details: According to Florian Plettenberg, the Munich club is closely monitoring Eintracht Frankfurt's current sporting director, Markus Krösche. His candidacy was considered last year alongside Eberl, but Max was ultimately chosen.
Bayern's management appreciates his approach, negotiation tactics, astute transfer policy, and ability to develop the team. If the Munich club decides to part ways with Eberl, Krösche will become the main contender for his position. Incidentally, Borussia Dortmund is also keeping an eye on him.
Reminder: This summer, Bayern will bid farewell to Thomas Müller. The parties negotiated a contract extension but failed to reach an agreement, and the forward will leave the club as a free agent.
Bayern's left-back Alphonso Davies reached out to fans following his surgery.
