Alphonso Davies addresses fans after surgery

During the March international break, Alphonso Davies played for the Canadian national team, but in the third-place match of the CONCACAF Nations League, he sustained an injury and underwent surgery.

Details: Due to this injury, the Canadian defender is out for the rest of the season. After the surgical procedure, he reached out to fans and promised to come back even stronger.

Quote: "It's tough to be out of the game for so long, but I'll do everything to return even stronger," Alphonso Davies stated.

The footballer was diagnosed with a torn cruciate ligament in his knee, and the recovery process will take at least six months.

We previously wrote that Neuer is at risk of missing the next two Bundesliga matches against St Pauli and Augsburg. However, his return for the UEFA Champions League match against Inter on 8 April is still possible. The club's medical staff will make a decision on the goalkeeper according to the situation.

Reminder: Bayern officially announced that they have reached an agreement with the German midfielder and team leader Joshua Kimmich. The new contract is valid until June 2029.
