England's most famous football family could soon have two names on the same team sheet: Jobe Bellingham is in serious contention for his first senior call-up.

Details: Thomas Tuchel and his staff have been impressed by the 20 year old's performances and development at Borussia Dortmund, with the midfielder now firmly on their radar, as first revealed by Graeme Bailey. The call could come for the upcoming Nations League fixtures, England's first since their World Cup heartbreak.

The rise has been rapid. Jobe left Sunderland for Dortmund in a deal worth up to 38 million euros in 2025, became a leader in England's U21 setup and has now forced his way into Tuchel's thinking at a time when the German is weighing a major squad overhaul. A call-up would put him alongside his brother Jude in the senior squad, a prospect not seen for siblings at this level for England in generations. It would also complete a remarkable family arc: Jude got his first senior call from Borussia Dortmund too, back in November 2020, and five years on, his younger brother is following the exact same road through Westphalia to the Three Lions.

It's worth noting that Jobe has already captained England's U21s under Lee Carsley, leadership experience that Tuchel's staff reportedly flagged in their reports.

Reminder: Here we go! Jobe Bellingham will also play for Borussia Dortmund.
