The young Nigerian prodigy Suleiman Sani is set to continue his career in the Bundesliga.
Details: RB Leipzig has officially announced the signing of Nigerian winger Suleiman Sani, who previously played for Slovakian side Trencin. The transfer fee amounts to 5 million euros plus bonuses, with Sani signing a contract until June 30, 2031.
Sani could potentially be a replacement for another African winger, Jan Diomande, who is rumored to be on his way to a top-tier club.
This season in the Slovakian league, Sani featured in twelve matches, netting three goals and providing two assists. He also represented Nigeria U20 at the Youth World Cup, where the Nigerian team failed to progress from the group stage, but Sani made his mark with an assist against Saudi Arabia.
