Ancelotti refuses to discuss Real Madrid's potential January signings

Real Madrid's head coach Carlo Ancelotti avoided giving a direct answer when asked about the club's transfer plans for January.

Quote. "January signings? It's not easy to talk about this now. We'll see what happens later," said the Italian coach, as quoted by insider Fabrizio Romano.

Earlier reports indicated that Real Madrid intends to persist in pursuing Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold and is preparing a second offer for the defender.

Additionally, Spanish media have reported that Real and Atlético Madrid are monitoring the situations of Zeno Debast and Ousmane Diomande from Sporting CP.

Reminder. Real Madrid ended 2024 in second place in the La Liga standings, trailing Diego Simeone's Atlético by just one point.

On Friday, January 3, Los Blancos will face Valencia away in a La Liga clash.
