Real not giving up: club to make second offer to Liverpool for Alexander-Arnold

Real Madrid is undeterred by Liverpool’s refusal to sell Trent Alexander-Arnold and plans to test the Reds’ resolve in retaining their star defender.

Details: According to The Times, Real Madrid intends to submit a second offer for the 26-year-old, reportedly around £20 million, to secure Alexander-Arnold's transfer now rather than wait for a free move in the summer.

Reminder: Liverpool previously rejected Real’s initial approach, as the club is focused on extending Alexander-Arnold’s contract, which expires at the end of June. However, the defender is already eligible to negotiate with other clubs and could sign a pre-contract agreement with Real or another team, effective from July 1.
