Doll, a German biathlete, is a two-time bronze medalist at the 2018 Olympic Games in the pursuit and relay events, the 2017 world champion in the sprint, a two-time European champion (2011 and 2013), and a four-time world junior champion. He also claimed victory in the IBU Cup 2011/2012 overall standings.
